Top-tier global law firm are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Desktop Analyst who works with autonomy to deliver high-quality work to join their London office on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

Salary to £71,000. 12-month fixed-term contract. Highly competitive employee benefits to include wellbeing fund, gym membership contribution, holiday buy/sell etc.! Liverpool Street station location.

In this role, you will support a global service delivery by partnering with key stakeholders, ensuring a 5-star user experience while building strong working relationships across IT and business services teams, mentoring colleagues, and upholding data security, privacy, and corporate policies.

Senior Desktop Analyst Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond and take ownership of technical support requests, diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating where necessary, and ensure timely follow-up and communications with users.
  • Work with Architects on new projects and major pieces of work, supporting new technologies and products during transition phases.
  • Drive a culture of proactive user focus through building authentic relationships at every user interaction.
  • Mentor other global team members, junior staff, including IT Service Desk and Digital User Experience Analysts.
  • Design and maintain the firm’s desktop environment and related technologies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of support processes and suggest improvements as needed.
Senior Desktop Analyst Skills & Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in an enterprise organisation working with Cloud Service Providers (e.g. M365 / Azure).
  • Ability to be the technical lead / SME on complex global projects.
  • Experience in migrations from Configuration Manager (SCCM) to Intune / Modern Management.
