Award-winning US law firm with a strong and growing presence in London is seeking to hire a professional and client-focused Restructuring Legal PA on a permanent basis to support a Partner and 2 of Counsel.
Based in the West-End. Salary to £60,000. 09:30-17:30 working hours. Exceptional employee benefits to include 25 days annual leave, 10% firm pension contribution and free meals.
This role would be perfect for someone who is keen to join a growing team where they can get involved in a very busy group. This role will be a full mix of duties, high-end Legal PA gatekeeping/organisation, presentation creation, document work and billing/expenses responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining cooperative working relationships within the office and practice groups, responding to clients, team members and legal professionals.
- Organise complex diary, meeting and travel itineraries.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and charts for training and client pitches.
- Assist with the billing, compliance, and expenses processes on behalf of the lawyers.
- Must have previous Corporate Legal PA experience at a high ranking law firm.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office related software.
- Excellent teamwork and professional attitude.
