We’re on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property EA to join our leading London law firm client based in the West End. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record supporting Residential Property lawyers in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Salary: to £47,000
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
- 09:30-17:30 working hours
- 27 days annual leave
- Annual wellbeing fund
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of partner diaries, proactively managing appointments, meetings, and logistics
- Resolve diary conflicts and escalate critical issues as needed
- Manage partner inboxes, draft/respond to emails, and highlight urgent client matters
- Oversee compliance, billing, and WIP processes, including coordinating financial review meetings
- Schedule regular diary reviews and follow up on outstanding actions from meetings
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and track progress on action items
- Liaise with Marketing & BD to support team events, seminars, and conferences
- Arrange and manage all travel requirements, including accommodation, visas, and currency
Skills & Requirements:
- Must have Legal PA / Secretarial experience within Residential Property / Rural Property / Private Client at a law firm
- Confident and professional manner, able to build strong relationships with partners and clients
- Highly skilled in complex diary management, with the ability to anticipate issues and deliver effective solutions
- Enthusiastic and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a busy, demanding role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
