Regulatory Paralegal
US law firm is hiring an experienced Regulatory Paralegal to assist the team for an initial 12-month FTC. This Paralegal position would be sitting within their Asset Management team.Generous salary to £50,000Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)Lucrative overtime availableRegulatory Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Processing amendments to fund agreements/contracts.
- Drafting fund related documents.
- Reviewing subscription agreements for fund investments.
- Preparing closing bibles.
- Assisting with the calculation of investment amounts in Excel.
- Managing the daily flow of files and documents from clients whilst proofreading documents.
Regulatory Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:SQE candidates are welcome to apply.
