Established and expanding US law firm seeks a Recruitment Specialist to join their Legal Recruitment team in London, this role is a permanent position. Salary up to £65,000 per annum Autonomous working environment Superb employee benefits Recruitment Specialist Key Responsibilities: Identify, attract, and recruit experienced legal professionals to join the firm. Build and manage relationships with respected recruitment consultants in the legal market. Develop and maintain relationships with universities and law schools. Plan and execute graduate recruitment programme cycle from year to year. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the firm’s talent needs. Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to Senior Management. Recruitment Specialist Key Skills & Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience within a global law firm. Ability to evaluate candidates through their written communications, resumes and conversations.
