Top-tier US law firm with a market‑leading London office is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join a fast‑paced, energetic recruiting team. In this role you will support and deliver the recruitment strategy for both lawyers and business services professionals across the firm’s EMEA offices, coordinating the full‑cycle recruitment process.
Salary to £60,000 with flexibility. Comprehensive financial, health, and wellbeing benefits. Annual health assessments, fertility, and enhanced family packages. Hybrid working – 4 days in the office / 1 day remote. City / St Paul’s location.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with practice group leaders, practice group directors and business services department heads to identify hiring needs.
- Source candidates through direct methods, develop talent pipelines and pools of viable candidates, including manage applicant tracking.
- Screen and conduct interviews for business professionals to ensure candidate suitability.
- Coordinate candidate interview schedules and collect interview feedback.
- Facilitate decision‑making process with practice group leaders and, with Recruiting Manager, advise on offer packages and candidate follow‑up.
- Partner with internal departments to facilitate smooth on‑boarding, orientation and integration.
- Organise content and updates on recruiting careers pages, internal and external.
- Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment metrics and legal industry trends and talent market dynamics.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience within a law firm and across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment for both legal and business services roles.
- Expertise in Workday HRIS System and other recruitment technologies, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of HR procedures related to recruitment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, in particular SRA regulations in the UK.
