Prestigious international law firm is hiring a new Legal PA to join the growing Private Client team on a permanent basis – this is a perfect opportunity for an existing Junior Legal PA looking to step up into a Partner allocated role, in addition to providing first-class support to the Lawyers in the team.

Private Client Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison point between clients (both internal and external).
- Provide effective mailbox management on behalf of fee earners; screen communications to act as a gatekeeper.
- Manage fee earners schedules and ensure fee earners are prepared in advance of meetings.
- Arrange travel effectively and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain an efficient, effective electronic filing system.
- Carry out research/request information from relevant support teams.
- Assist with the fee earners’ billing process.
Private Client Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Legal Administration / Junior Legal PA experience within a law firm
- Private Client experience is essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong Typing skills
- Excellent Communication and organisational skills.
