Pitch Manager
Our prestigious US law firm client with new stunning offices near Liverpool Street, is seeking a Pitch Manager to join them on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

Youβll be joining a dedicated pitch team, collaborating with partners across London, Paris, and Brussels to drive new business with both new and existing clients β weβre looking for someone with strong pitch experience who can support the team in delivering 10-15 pitches per week!
Pitch Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Direct line management of one Pitch Coordinator and two Pitch Specialists
- Lead on pitch opportunities, ensuring best practices and consistent stakeholder engagement across London, Paris, and Brussels
- Partner with lawyers to develop tailored, high-impact pitch and presentation materials
- Create and maintain visually engaging PowerPoint content and keep core pitch documents up to date (e.g. deals, awards, directories, lawyer headcount)
- Assist the Pitch Coordinator with quarterly pitch results follow ups as required
- Monitor team performance and report to the Business Development Director on an as needed basis
- Collaborate regularly with international pitch teams (Asia, Germany, Riyadh) to share best practices
