Our powerhouse US law firm client, who truly champions fresh perspectives, is looking for an experienced Events Specialist. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives on creating engaging and memorable client experiences. You will confidently plan and execute a wide range of client-facing and profile-raising events across London and Europe, including client hospitality, drinks receptions, conferences, and closing dinners.

Events Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end execution of firm events, including venue sourcing, negotiation of contracts and logistics, guest list management, supplier liaison, invitations etc.
- Work closely with the wider Events team to ensure systems, policies and procedures are adhered to, tracked, and reconciled.
- Track event budgets, invoices, and approval workflows, including working with Finance and leadership on annual budget planning and reporting.
- Work with various teams to produce event material (agendas, collateral, signage, name badges).
- Carry out reporting and performance measurement, including capturing attendee data, feedback, and follow-ups.
Events Specialist Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience planning and delivering diverse events in a similar role, ideally within a law firm.
- Confidently uses external suppliers to your own initiative to create memorable, bespoke experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels and suppliers.
- Effective in navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives to meet deadlines.
