Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious international law firm to hire a driven and detail-orientated Partner Recruitment Assistant to join their stunning offices in London. Salary to £40,000. 09:30-17:30 working hours. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote). Highly competitive benefits package on offer.
This is a fantastic opportunity which offers growth and hands-on experience within an award-winning HR team. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Lateral Recruitment and Professional Development, you’ll support on a variety of recruitment administration tasks assisting with all aspects of the team’s day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Track the life cycle of candidates for reporting purposes and maintain filing for candidates in line with the firm’s GDPR guidelines.
- Primary day-to-day responsibility for managing recruitment database ensuring accuracy.
- Manage the recruiting calendar, facilitating a high volume of interviews, circulating invitations, tracking attendance etc.
- Prepare correspondence for the team and assist with due diligence processes.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Take ownership of tasks and work well independently as well as effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Previous experience with Partner Recruitment highly desired.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be willing to attend firm coordinated events and programmes to network with lawyers and business services staff.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
