Part-Time Legal PA – Employment

Join a top-tier UK law firm in their London office, supporting a high performing Employment team.

This is a job share role, supporting 7–9 fee earners. You'll work closely with the other PA in the team to ensure smooth handovers and seamless support across the department – this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and a strong team player.
Part-Time Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

- Proactive diary management
- Maintain up to date knowledge and a strong understanding of fee earners’ matters to be able to provide the best level support
- Establish and maintain effective communications with both internal and external clients or contacts
- Onboard new clients, open new matters, and draft engagement letters
- New matter and AML checks including obtaining relevant documentation
- Co-ordinate administrative tasks such as travel planning / expenses, monitoring inboxes, organising meetings, time entries, mail, and research
- Prepare bills (including bill narratives)

- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a law firm
- Highly organised, proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
- Experience coordinating BD-related events or client initiatives on behalf of lawyers within a Legal PA role would be advantageous
