As a part-time Legal PA in the Family department, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to at least two fee earners, with flexibility to provide additional assistance across the department and wider firm as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage two busy fee earners’ diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and lunches.
  • Maintain and update client files, including opening/closing matters and filing documentation.
  • Prepare draft bills using billing guides, with fee earner input.
  • Type correspondence and produce Court bundles.
  • Organise departmental file reviews and liaise with Risk & Compliance to meet deadlines.
  • Support the wider team with overflow and outstanding secretarial tasks.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in Family Law.
  • Strong knowledge of Family Law procedures and the Family Court system.
