Larbey Evans is working with a leading international law firm to recruit an experienced Part-Time Legal PA to join their vibrant offices in the City to work 2-days a week.
Working hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm / Thursdays and Fridays
Salary: £46,000 (FTE)
Hybrid working: 1 day office / 1 day remote

You will deliver high-quality secretarial support to Partners and Associates in the Corporate department.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and maintain fee-earners' diaries, scheduling appointments, and co-ordinating internal and external client meetings.
- Organise travel arrangements and arrange the booking of conference rooms, video conference facilities, taxis, refreshments, restaurants, and liaising with meeting attendees, both internal and external.
- Handle expense claims and day-to-day administrative tasks such as photocopying and scanning.
- Effectively manage new client matter opening and any additional tasks and duties relating to this process.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end billing process; assist fee-earners by proactively leading on relevant administrative processes, to ensure that bills are completed within required timeframe.
- Prepare WIP reports to be reviewed by fee-earners.
- Draft letters and correspondence as required.
- Experience working as a Legal PA within a law firm.
- Client service orientated approach.
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Experience of working with house-styles and branding.
- Good working knowledge of document and client relationship management systems.
