We're looking for a polished and self-motivated Office Services Assistant to join one of our busy renowned UK law firm clients - this is a brilliant opportunity that could open doors to a long term career within the legal sector!

Office Services Assistant - What You'll Be Doing

  • Opening and distributing mail and internal mail within set timescales, including distributing newspapers, magazines and periodicals
  • Photocopying, scanning, binding and document preparation
  • Preparing and presenting documents and bundles
  • Coordinating archiving, storage and retrieval
  • Managing stationery stock, ordering and distribution
  • Booking and logging couriers
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Basic maintenance and furniture assembly

Office Services Assistant - What We're Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience within a law firm or professional services is desirable
  • Excellent academics
  • Focus on producing high quality work with good attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work under pressure handling a busy support role
  • Good IT skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new system
  • Capable of lifting and carrying heavy boxes
