Night Document Production Operator
Join one of the most prestigious US law firms in their stunning City offices as a Night Document Production Operator working the hours 11pm – 6pm. During your probation period you will be working 5pm – 12am to ensure you have full support and training before commencing your permanent role.

This successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and must have the ability to decipher and analyst instructions regarding detailed work requests and projects.
Night Document Production Operator Key Responsibilities:

- Expertly revise, format, compare and cross-reference documents
- Convert documents from various formats to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, while adhering to the Firm’s standard best practices
- Generate and update/revise Tables of Contents and create/run mail merges
- Execute defined terms checks and reformat documents utilising the Firm’s standards and tools
- Modify, compile, and redact PDFs; create forms, e-closing binders and bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat
- Create, revise, and reformat PowerPoint presentations, maintaining Firm branding standards
- Create and modify organisational charts, flowcharts and timelines in Visio and PowerPoint
- Provide technical support to clients, including software troubleshooting

- Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm
- Previous workflow coordination is advantageous
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Advanced knowledge of multiple software packages including Microsoft, Visio, Adobe, DocXtools and OmniPage
- Ability to transcribe legal documents and correspondence from rough draft or dictation at a level of 70 wpm
- Excellent English language and grammar skills; ability to proofread typed material for grammatical or spelling errors
- Experience using Visio would be advantageous
