An incredible opportunity has arisen with an elite US law firm who are renowned for their inclusive, entrepreneurial and innovative approach. They are seeking to hire a Senior Partner Legal PA to provide a polished support service to their industry leading lawyers in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted liaison for the Partners, handling high-level internal and external communications
- Organise complex diary, travel (national and international) and meeting arrangements
- Prepare documents to support fee earners which may include transcribing from dictation, drafts or notes
- Assist with practice development initiatives within the department
- Assist with business development research, pitches and presentations
- Liaise with the Accounting and Finance department where required for bills / time entry etc.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3 years previous Managing or Senior Partner level PA/EA support
- Law firm secretarial experience within Corporate / Banking / Capital Markets / Investment Funds
- Advanced MS Office skillset (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
