Our prestigious UK law firm client, housed in stunning central London offices, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with strong employee relations experience to provide generalist HR support to its fee earning practice groups in London.
Salary to £100,000
By-weekly alternating hybrid working pattern – 2-3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Partners, providing proactive HR support, coaching and direct on people issues, including more complex employee relations issues
- Support the Partners and leadership team through performance reviews
- Work with L&D and the Partners to identify development needs of the fee earners you support
- Partner with Reward and the fee earner business partnering team to execute the year-end compensation processes
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team on the recruitment and the overall on-boarding experience
- Partner with key stakeholders, including your fellow business partners, to embed the firm's people priorities across the firm
- Work closely with the D&I Manager/Advisor to embed inclusion into the culture, decision making, and strategic priorities
- Ensure that wellbeing and people experience considerations are at the heart of all discussions and decisions for the areas you are aligned to
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous HR Business Partner experience within a law firm is essential
- Ideally HR qualified e.g. CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
- Resilient with a focused outlook and credibility to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience of managing, coaching, and developing juniors
- Experience leading cultural change initiatives
- Relevant employment law and regulatory knowledge with strong commercial awareness
