Award-winning global law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Employment Paralegal who has extensive tribunal experience, and a history of managing their own caseload of tribunal claims, to join their dynamic team in London.

09:30-17:30 working hours, hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Employment Paralegal:- Manage own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion.
- Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, draft witness statements, and prepare for final hearing.
- Maintain regular communication with client, including providing updates and advice as needed.
- Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm.
- Must have experience managing a busy caseload.
- Extensive tribunal experience is essential.
