A fantastic opportunity at a top UK law firm for an experienced Senior CRM Executive who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the day-to-day BAU CRM management and support. This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, joining a fabulous team within a firm that is investing heavily in its CRM environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and administer InterAction, including folders, archiving, access, data quality and system integrations
  • Work with the CRM Data Steward to resolve data quality issues
  • Champion InterAction across the firm, supporting effective use and the wider BD strategy
  • Lead campaigns and mailings as required
  • Deliver complex searches, reports and data solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Client Development, fee earners and secretaries on InterAction and Vuture
  • Define and deliver InterAction and Vuture training, including user guidance
  • Lead CRM-related mini-projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Marketing or CRM experience gained within a law firm
  • System and data management experience, including administrator experience of CRM systems (preferably InterAction) and e-marketing systems (preferably Vuture)
  • Experienced and confident working with and for partners and lawyers
