An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment & Professional Development Administrator to join a leading US law firm in the City! This role will suit a proactive administrator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, supporting the firm’s Recruitment and Professional Development functions across a broad range of administrative activities.
Salary to £34,000. Great employee benefits. Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with all lawyer and business services hiring and liaise with recruitment agencies and candidates directly.
- Support the firm’s graduate recruitment process, including planning open days and vacation schemes.
- Extensive diary management – schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, and catering.
- Liaise with HR in relation to onboarding, including background checks, conflicts, and visa requirements.
- Create job descriptions and prepare contracts of employment.
- Support the delivery of skills programmes in London and assist with the coordination of the firm’s mentoring programme.
- Collate the annual evaluation review materials for Associates and Counsel in London.
- Collaborate with colleagues in overseas offices on international learning and development initiatives.
- Some experience within a recruitment, learning and development, or HR role, ideally within a law firm.
- Good IT Skills (Microsoft), with some experience of using applicant tracking systems, learning management systems and/or Workday.
