Larbey Evans is partnering with their US law firm client to recruit an IT Applications Analyst to join their London office on a permanent basis.
Working hours: 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday) ~ Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
You will focus on the operational support and continuous improvement of enterprise application environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Key responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance, patching, monitoring, and user support across critical systems, while also contributing to process improvement, documentation, and integration stability.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor system health and performance;
- Provide break/fix troubleshooting and root cause analysis across supported systems;
- Facilitate alignment between delivery teams and Information Security, Infrastructure.
- 3+ years’ experience in enterprise application support or IT operations within a law firm;
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- Experience with ServiceNow and monitoring tools;
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management);
- Exposure to application performance tuning, cloud platforms, or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
