Award winning London Chambers is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant with a genuine interest in developing a career in marketing and business development within the legal sector.

09:30-17:00 working hours + hybrid working

Marketing Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of Chambers' marketing and business development strategy across a range of initiatives
  • Producing CRM, business development and financial reports to monitor activity and support management decision-making
  • Coordinating business development projects, including speaking opportunities, seminars, webinars and email marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with the creation and production of marketing materials, working with external suppliers where required
  • Supporting Chambers' LinkedIn presence and other digital marketing activities
  • Assisting with submissions to leading legal directories, including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500
  • Managing CRM email campaigns, monitoring engagement and producing performance reports

Marketing Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

  • Applicants must be available to start immediately or at very short notice
  • 1 year of relevant Marketing / Business Development experience is preferred
  • Strong writing skills, editing ability, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) will be required for this role
  • Experience with CRM systems or email marketing platforms would be an advantage
