Award winning London Chambers is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant with a genuine interest in developing a career in marketing and business development within the legal sector.
What’s On Offer:
- Salary to £35,000
- 09:30-17:30 working hours
- Hybrid working
- Applicants must be available to start end of August 2026
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the delivery of Chambers' marketing and business development strategy across a range of initiatives
- Liaising with barristers, practice managers, clients and external suppliers
- Producing CRM, business development and financial reports to monitor activity and support management decision-making
- Coordinating business development projects, including speaking opportunities, seminars, webinars and email marketing campaigns
- Planning and delivering client events, from venue sourcing and invitations to post-event analysis
- Assisting with the creation and production of marketing materials, working with external suppliers where required
- Supporting Chambers' LinkedIn presence and other digital marketing activities
- Assisting with submissions to leading legal directories, including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500
- Managing CRM email campaigns, monitoring engagement and producing performance reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Applicants must be available to start immediately or at very short notice
- 1 year of relevant Marketing / Business Development experience is preferred
- Strong writing skills, editing ability, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) will be required for this role
- Experience with CRM systems or email marketing platforms would be an advantage
