An opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary seeking part-time work to join a top City law firm in London on a permanent basis. We’re looking for candidates to provide comprehensive secretarial support to Partners and Lawyers within the firm’s Corporate Banking team.
Salary to £35,000 (FTE)
Part-time – 3 days per week
09:30-17:30 (Tuesday-Thursday)
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office / 1 day WFH

- Audio and copy typing and document processing
- Formatting documents and any other relevant documentation as directed
- Diary management for the partners
- General administrative support for the department e.g. archiving, filing, photocopying
- Producing bills and dealing with invoices
- Organising and maintaining tidy and accurate files both in hard copy and electronically
- 3+ years of legal secretarial experience within a law firm
- Experienced in both audio and copy typing
- Advanced knowledge of Word applications – formatting, numbering, bookmarks, and track changes
- Proven track record of coordinating large documents using Word
