Top tier City law firm is seeking an outstanding Legal PA to provide comprehensive and proactive support to members in the firm’s Digital Legal Delivery team, including the Managing Partner (Belfast), and other Partners and Senior Management.
Salary to £50,000
09:30-17:30 working hours
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and understand Partners and Practice Manager diaries.
- Manage own email and Partners and Practice Managers’ email as required, responding to or drafting responses as appropriate.
- Organise appointments, conferences, meetings via multiple methods, considering lead and travel time etc.
- Diarise, manage, and coordinate lunches, dinners, and other events as required, managing logistics, attendee lists, and dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with venues, menu planning and ensuring costs are maintained against budget.
- Prepare status updates and progress reports to Partners and Practice Manager.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of Partners and Practice Manager objectives.
- Assist Partners with their BD responsibilities and working closely with the BD team.
Skills & Requirement:
- Must have 5+ years’ experience providing Legal PA support to Senior Leadership within a law firm.
- Excellent attention to detail and experience in taking a holistic approach to supporting stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a strong business sense and can interpret priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
- High level of time management skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritise workload, respond to and manage changing circumstances.
