Job Description Step-up to Legal PA Number one ranked law firm in their field is looking to hire an ambitious Junior candidate who is looking for their first Legal PA role to carry out a mixture of PA and secretarial duties for an allocation of fee earners in the Commercial Litigation team. What’s on Offer for this new Step-up to Legal PA opportunity ~ Salary to £40,000 ~ Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) ~09:00-17:30 working hours ~ Fantastic employee benefits Step-up to Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing: Diary management, monitoring inboxes, travel arrangements and itineraries Assisting with the billing, compliance and expenses processes on behalf of the team, to include generating bills and collating WIP reports Work closely and effectively with the wider Legal PA team, providing support in cases of holidays and absences Manage telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for team and first port of call for clients Step-up to Legal PA – What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar / Administrative role supporting fee earners at a City law firm Excellent document production skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Experience of legal financial administration including time recording, billing and expense management Commercial Litigation experience desirable
