We’re seeking a part-time Legal PA to join our global law firm client’s City offices. In this 2-day a week job share role, you will work Mondays and Tuesdays supporting an allocation of fee earners, including three Partners in the firm’s market-leading Commodities department.
Salary to £46,500 (FTE)
Part-time job share – 2 days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays)
Hybrid working (60 office / 40 remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support lawyers in marketing and Business Development activities
- Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
- Assist with BD pitches
- Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process
- Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
- Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
- Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
- Drafting correspondence and documents
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience
- Corporate / Commercial law experience would be advantageous
- Ideally have some experience of BD / Marketing within a PA / Secretary role
- Fast, accurate typing skills
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
