Top-tier US law firm with a market leading City of London office is seeking a highly capable Legal PA to provide a polished support service to busy partners within their renowned Financial Services practice.
Salary to £50,000
12-month fixed term contract
Hybrid working (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
Annual health assessments, fertility, and enhanced family packages
Key Responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements and complete travel and expense reports
- Manage lawyers’ calendars
- Monitor professional development requirements for principals
- Liaise with clients, investigating and responding to requests where appropriate
- Manage workflow and coordinate projects with office services
- Maintain and process client billing
- Handle written and electronic correspondence
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience in a law firm
