Successful international law firm seeks a Legal PA to work in their growing Cambridge office on an initial 12 Month FTC – the firm offers exceptional benefits, agile working, and a great collaborative environment.
Salary to £48,000
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Legal PA Key Responsibilities- Manage fee earners' schedules; coordinate and arrange meetings to best utilise time
- Ensure that calls to the switchboard are answered and directed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
- Acting as ‘front of house’, welcoming clients
- Arrange travel effectively and efficiently
- Carry out advanced research / request information from relevant support teams
- Attend meetings / conference calls and take minutes to action follow up where required
- Develop and maintain knowledge of fee earners’ workload
- Prepare and manage billing process using the Aderant front office software
- Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience or Legal Administration experience
- Fast, accurate typing skills
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
