A leading boutique law firm is hiring a new Legal Front of House professional to work in a team of two to support their busy and white glove reception team and support their meeting room/AV set-up.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • All areas and standards of external client service and client care from initial reception onto and departure from the office are maintained in line with best practice.
  • Any maintenance or service issues are raised appropriately and progressed, including FM, IT or AV issues.
  • Standards of internal client interface via switchboard services and front of house engagement are of an appropriate level.
  • The timely coordination and delivery of external/internal conferencing/hosting including technical and catering requirements, recognising that this may require last minute changes and reactive response to changing client need.
  • Working closely with others including the Chief Fire Marshall in case of any Health and Safety issues at work.
  • Working closely with external suppliers and contractors to build and maintain strong relationships and act as an ambassador of the firm.

  • Previous experience working as a Front of House within a law or professional services firm.
  • A strong sense of clients’ needs.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to provide a high standard of client care.
