Join a top City law firm in London as a Learning & Development Manager on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, driving the strategy, design and delivery of impactful leadership and development programmes for Business Services leaders and professionals and mid-level Lawyers/Associates across UK/US and EMEA.
Salary: to £80,000 (flexible depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support individual and team development, including line management of the L&D Adviser and Coordinator
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify current and future capability needs, shape programme priorities, and agree participant nominations
- Manage programme budgets effectively, balancing cost efficiency with growth in scale and ambition
- Lead on the design and implementation of organisational development projects and change management initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to understand organisational needs and monitor market trends
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful implementation of change management initiatives
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of organisational development interventions
- Act as an internal coach within the firm's internal coaching faculty
Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years' L&D experience, ideally within a law firm
- Coaching qualification (Level 5+ preferred) or equivalent accreditation
- End-to-end L&D programme management experience
- Experience using digital and AI-enabled learning solutions
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and people management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into development recommendations
