Key Responsibilities:
- Providing PA support to Fee Earners and Legal Secretaries
- Organising travel arrangements and planning detailed itineraries
- Coordinating meetings for both internal and external clients
- Opening new matters and finalising engagement letters
- Filing and archiving files
- Processing invoices and cheque requests
- Processing expense claims
Skills & Requirements:
- 12 months + experience as a Legal Junior / Trainee Secretary or as an Admin Assistant within a law firm
- Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
