Renowned City law firm is seeking a proactive and customer focused 1st line IT Support Analyst to join the firm’s IT department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the firm, providing face-to-face and remote technical support to Lawyers and Business Services professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for IT support, providing face-to-face, telephone, email, and remote assistance to users across the firm.
- Log, prioritise, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, legal applications, and document management systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and the IT onboarding and offboarding process, including hardware.
