An exciting opportunity for a Senior PA at a top global law firm supporting the Global Regulatory and Trade Department. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Legal PA who possesses a high level of technical expertise, capable of working confidently with systems and tools, in a client-focused and dynamic and evolving environment.

09:30-17:30 working hours
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:- Build an understanding of the nature of the fee earners work, get to know their clients, and build relationships with them
- Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating (or identifying alternative contacts) as appropriate
- Produce long, complex, and accurate house-style documents, manuscript amends, audio dictation and document comparisons
- Support client billing process (3E), prepare, and produce bills
- Extensive diary management and organise travel (including flights, accommodation, and restaurants) and providing the fee earners with detailed itineraries
- Accurate and regular maintenance of filing systems, e-filing, and archiving and retrieval of files from storage and opening new matter files
- Previous Legal PA experience supporting at Partner level is essential
- Extensive billing experience (3E preferred) in a high-volume, client-specific billing environment
- Fast, accurate typing with strong document production skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience of using BigHand or other similar workflow management tools
