One of London’s leading intellectual property law firms is seeking an Intellectual Property Secretary with strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, who can confidently provide specialist administrative and work management support to fee earners.
Salary to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid working – 2 days in the office / 3 days remote
City location / Liverpool Street location
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming post and acknowledge where necessary, ensuring electronic files are up to date
- Respond to the daily prompt lists and remind fee earners of impending due dates
- Type correspondence, reports, specifications, and other documents for fee earners for their review and signature
- Assist fee earners with setting up meetings, arranging conference calls, booking flights, hotels, lunches, and dinners
- Create invoices and accompanying correspondence for fee earner review
- Ensure all relevant data is uploaded onto appropriate systems
- Input invoices via e-billing platforms
- Proofread documents/specifications
- Previous administrative experience within a law firm or professional services
- Engaging, confident and positive, with the ability to build effective relationships across the IPSS team, practice groups, and other support teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
