Elite US law firm with hugely impressive City based offices is seeking to hire an inaugural HR Manager to join their brilliant HR team in London, reporting to the Director of Administration.

HR Manager duties will include:
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the firm in London.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
- Team management responsibility for the London HR and Business Services teams.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partner and management peers, providing coaching and HR support.
- Support organisational change and workforce planning.
- Drive opportunity & engagement initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking and reviews.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and systems.
HR Manager requirements:
- 5 years+ HR management experience within a law firm.
- CIPD qualified.
- Experienced in managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
