We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead a team and deliver a first-class service across London and international offices at a leading global law firm in the City.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and coach the Health & Safety Advisor
- Provide strategic and commercially focused health and safety advice
- Ensure compliance with all H&S requirements, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, First Aid, PAT testing, and related training
- Liaise with Office Managers across UK and international offices to ensure regional H&S guidelines and practices are followed, including conducting UK office visits
- Conduct internal audits and ensure H&S documents, systems, and tailored policies (including bespoke forms) are fit for purpose
- Produce monthly and annual reports for Facilities/ICS management and the COO, and prepare and monitor the Health & Safety budget, including invoice approval
Skills & Requirements
- Experience of managing H&S across multiple UK and international locations within a law firm is highly desirable
- NEBOSH Diploma preferable
- Implementation of ISO 45001 standard
