A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen to join a leading international law firm as an EA to support their dynamic CEO on a 1:1 basis. This is a vital role offering the chance to work with a tight-knit senior leadership team in a very fast-paced, professional environment, providing high-level executive support and playing a key part in the CEO's day-to-day operations.
Salary to £75,000 (experience dependent)
- 1:1 support for the CEO
- 09:30 – 17:30
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

The EA will be a strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level operational, project and stakeholder management support, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities and organisational leadership.
Duties as an Executive Assistant:
- Primary contact and liaison for the CEO Office, handling calls and emails and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the leadership team
- Running leadership team meeting cadence
- Preparing Board level briefings and analysis where required, including briefing notes and leadership insights for decisions to be made
- Lead coordination of CEO strategic projects and ensure follow-through with senior leadership and project teams
- Tracking strategic priorities and progress for reporting at OMT and Board level
- Prioritising and responding to emails on behalf of CEO
- Drafting CEO communications for review
- Preparing confidential reports, presentations, agendas and briefing documents
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, leading and tracking follow up actions and ensuring accountability
- Coordinate, support and contribute to firm-wide initiatives, strategic projects, and change programmes.
Skills as an Executive Assistant:
- Experience supporting C-suite within a top ranked law firm
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of senior leadership, across different jurisdictions and team dynamics
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to anticipate executive needs in line with firm priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of high-quality Board-level materials
