A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution EA to join one of London’s most prestigious global law firms, supporting Partners in the firm's highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive inbox and diary management
- Draft high-quality correspondence and communicate on stakeholder's behalf, including client engagement letters
- Preparation and timely circulation of agendas, materials, minutes/actions, monitor and follow up of actions
- Support limited personal and partnership administration with external advisor activity
- Maintain effective document/email management and matter filing systems via iManage
- Provide client and matter relationship support such as client contact, arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes, producing actions
- Arrange WIP updates and billing cycles according to client matter requirements
- Proactive upward management of business development and other firm-wide initiatives
- Utilise Salesforce to maintain client contacts and client programme activities and track deal activity
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Senior level Legal PA / Legal EA experience gained from a law firm
- Strong billing experience and experience with Partner allocations
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and meetings
- A high level of proficiency with the MS Office suite
