A fantastic opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic and hardworking Legal Administrator to join a leading UK law firm on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support the Corporate, Film & TV groups with general administration tasks and assist with streamlining processes.

Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Legal Administrator – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Admin tasks for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme audits
  • All aspects of the billing process and accounting processes, including claiming expenses
  • Maintaining client files both electronically and in hard copy where required, including sorting, collating and filing emails and correspondence/documents
  • Managing processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, Microsoft Office and Search Acumen
  • Liaising with other departments including Compliance and Finance
  • Providing ad hoc support to the group as required including searches and research
