Top London law firm based in the heart of the West End is looking for an experienced Commercial Disputes EA. We’re seeking someone with a confident, professional manner who excels at building strong relationships with partners and clients.
Salary: to £47,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of partner diaries, proactively managing appointments, meetings, and logistics to ensure schedules run smoothly.
- Identify and resolve diary conflicts, taking appropriate action on clashes and queries.
- Manage partner inboxes as agreed, drafting and responding to emails and escalating client-critical messages to relevant fee earners or secretaries.
- Handle complex compliance and billing matters.
- Coordinate partner billing processes, including proactive management of WIP and financial review meetings.
- Schedule regular catch-ups with partners to review diaries and upcoming commitments.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with Marketing & BD, supporting the organisation of team events, seminars, and conferences.
- Arrange and manage all travel requirements, including accommodation, visas, and currency.

- Must have Legal PA / Secretarial experience within Commercial Disputes / Construction at a law firm.
