Large UK International law firm based near St Paul’s is seeking to hire a commercially aware Banking & Finance Paralegal who understands fee earner needs and demands of a busy, fast-paced transactional environment.
Salary to £44,000
09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities of the Banking & Finance Paralegal:
- Onboarding arrangements for client and preparing engagement letters.
- Preparing ancillary documents and forms and managing documents generally as part of the transactional process.
- Managing the conditions precedent process.
- Preparing documents for completion of transactions.
- Checking and proof-reading documents.
- Supporting the Banking & Finance team to ensure outstanding service to clients.
- Preparing and managing payment instruction forms and invoices.
- Generally assisting the smooth running of the team and the flow of transactions.
Skills & Requirements of the Banking & Finance Paralegal:
- Previous Paralegal experience working within a Banking & Finance team or similar.
- Experience within Property / Real Estate transactions desirable.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and excellent organisational skills.
- IT literate, confident user of MS Office.
