Prestigious US law firm is seeking a polished and proactive Legal PA to become a key member of its renowned Anti-Trust / Competition team in London. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities for an allocation of 10 fee earners, including two partners and three counsel, who are recognised as among the best in their field.
Salary to £52,000
Hybrid working – 4 days in the office / 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities:- Diary and email management for partners and fee earners
- Organising meetings and travel arrangements
- Copy-typing and digital dictation, as required
- Preparation of draft emails and correspondence for approval
- Processing expenses on Chrome River in a timely manner
- Assisting with Billing/Finance tasks
- Updating Interaction with client contact details
- Handling client enquiries as and when required
- Amending and formatting agreements/documents as required
- Previous Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience within a City law firm
- Demonstrates strong PA skills
- Proven IT skills and an interest in new ways of doing things
- Articulate and confident in communications with all stakeholders and outside the firm
