Our client, a highly successful US law firm, has an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their London office in the heart of the City. Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and resolve supplier and internal queries
  • Process invoices and employee expenses, ensuring timely approvals
  • Set up new vendors and complete compliance checks in 3E
  • Process invoices and expenses for the Brussels office and key suppliers
  • Coordinate IT invoice submissions with the New York team
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
  • Support and train staff on accounts payable processes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance

Skills & Requirements of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Experience in an Accounts Payable / Finance Assistant / or similar Finance Administration role
  • Must have experience working in a professional services environment; law firm experience highly advantageous
  • Experience using 3E or similar financial management software
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using Chrome River for expense and invoice management favourable, but not essential
