Award-winning global law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Employment Paralegal who has extensive tribunal experience, and a history of managing their own caseload of tribunal claims, to join their dynamic team in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Employment Paralegal:
- Manage own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion
- Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, draft witness statements, and prepare for final hearing
- Maintain regular communication with client, including providing updates and advice as needed
Skills & Requirements of the Senior Employment Paralegal:
- Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm
- Must have experience managing a busy caseload
- Extensive tribunal experience is essential
