Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain day‑to‑day integrity within the applicant tracking system, along with recruitment documents and templates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics for partners and senior stakeholders, arrange assessments, and manage interviewer availability
- Draft and send interview confirmations, feedback summaries, rejection communications, and offer documentation
- Coordinate with HR to commence pre‑employment checks to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners
- Support campus engagement logistics by coordinating university events
- Help manage online content and social media updates for graduate recruitment alongside the Legal Recruitment Manager
- Support the delivery of open days and recruitment webinars by handling invitations, technology setup, and attendance tracking
- Support the Legal Recruitment Manager with the promotion of inclusion objectives by ensuring inclusive language and processes and monitoring of candidate pools
