Top US law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Coordinator to support its EMEA recruiting and professional development programmes. This role suits candidates with prior legal recruitment experience, either an existing Coordinator seeking a more supportive, professional environment with greater autonomy, or a Recruitment Assistant ready to step into a more senior role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key contact for lateral recruitment, covering candidate attraction, selection, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with EMEA colleagues on trainee and intern hiring, supporting vacation schemes and other early careers programmes.
- Support the full trainee lifecycle, from induction through to qualification, including mid-seat and end-of-seat evaluation processes.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and trackers to support professional development programmes across EMEA.
- Coordinate the associate mentoring programme, including record-keeping and monitoring participation.
- Assist with initiatives, projects, and systems to support associate development, retention, and promotion.
Skills & Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience coordinating recruitment programmes within a law firm, ideally in a high-performance, international, multi-office environment.
- International outlook with strong cultural awareness.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using Apply4Law (preferred) or similar recruitment systems.
- Willingness to travel as required.
