Our US powerhouse law firm client is seeking to hire a highly polished and professional Legal Receptionist to join their London office on a part-time basis.

Salary to £35,000 (FTE)

Part-Time (Tuesday-Thursday) 09:00-17:00 working hours

We are on the lookout for candidates with experience delivering first-class customer service in a similar role to clients, guests, and staff, while providing seamless support to the London Office Manager and Operations Coordinator. This is a particularly exciting time to join the firm, as they are moving to brand new offices with a stunning rooftop terrace in the City in August!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer mainline telephone, direct callers to the relevant person or pass on accurate messages
  • Welcome all guests and visitors, direct them to meeting rooms ensuring their requests and requirements are met
  • Set up meeting rooms in advance of each meeting with water, tea, coffee, etc. and ensure stationery levels are stocked
  • Order lunch and other catering requirements for clients and internal meetings
  • Assist the Operations Coordinator with arranging social events, including assist with set up and oversee firm organised events in the office
  • Work with the firm’s cleaning contractors ensuring meeting room suite is cleaned daily to a very high standard
Skills & Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • First-class customer service and communication skills
