Legal Practice Support Specialist A leading US Law Firm with an excellent global reputation, is seeking a Legal Practice Support Specialist to join their London office, specifically their Global Corporate Finance & Securities Department on a permanent basis. Salary to £45,000 Hybrid Working available (3 days in office / 2 remote) Opportunity for those with specific billing and finance experience to take on a varied role The Legal Practice Support Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analysing information regarding revenue cycles, efficiency, revenue management and pitching. This is a newly created role that will link revenue and legal teams and promote a smooth process. Duties of the Legal Practice Support Specialist: Coordinate closely with Lawyers and legal support staff to ensure accurate data collection. Work closely with Lawyers and legal support staff to update matter lifecycles. Anticipate changing client needs ahead of billing time wherever possible. Maintain complex and accurate spreadsheets working with Revenue teams where necessary. Be highly professional and client facing, maintain reliable communication through deals. Hold weekly meetings with Partners to improve processes and ensure matters are meeting timeframes and budget expectations. Work with Pricing teams on maintenance of budgets, developing templates for pitching using any necessary software or tools. Requirements for the Legal Practice Support Specialist: Educated to degree level or other relevant qualifications. Ability to carry out financial analysis. Good understanding of how Legal Teams operate and confidence with financial / commercial concepts. Fluency in other European languages would be highly beneficial. Strong capability in Excel and Elite 3E. Proven experience improving processes and efficiency. Ability to communicate with Partners and other high-level stakeholders
