Major US law firm with exceptional offices in the City is looking for an outstanding Legal PA to support the Head of Corporate and its team of market-leading lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:- Extensive diary management, including handling international travel arrangements and personal itinerary planning.
- Prepare and edit a range of correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain the partner’s confidential files and records.
- Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and departmental activities.
- Document preparation including spell checks, edits, and proofreading work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain positive contact with clients, open new files, draft engagement letters, and maintain all client and general files.
- Ensure lawyers’ weekly timesheets are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Management of inboxes and e-filing.
- 3 years Legal PA / EA / Secretarial experience from a City Law Firm.
- Applicants must have Corporate experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office related software.
- Excellent teamwork and professional attitude.
